I am a writer, speaker, and advocate. My life and work are grounded in faith, purpose, and a deep commitment to the well-being of people.

For more than 23 years, I served through the federal government, leading initiatives that strengthened resilience, reduced violence, supported healthier communities, and improved the lives of military members, families, and civilians around the world. My career carried me from communities across the United States to work throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Pacific.

Yet federal service was never the source of my purpose. It was one of the vehicles that the Lord used to express it. I am naturally an encourager and have always been drawn to helping people feel seen, encouraged, and equipped to move forward.

Today, through writing, speaking, and meaningful conversation, I explore faith, resilience, identity, belonging, reinvention, and the courage required to live authentically. I believe that who we are always finds a way to show up. Even when our roles change, our deeper purpose, the essence of who we are, is ALWAYS there.
